Decorate your Graduation Cap

When my sister graduated college from the University of North Texas she wanted to make sure we could see her from the large stadium seating. She also wanted to add some personality to stand out from the crowd. She knew she wanted to incorporate her favorite bible verse, Jeremiah 29:11, and this is what we came up with.

Feel free to use my Amazon suggested links below: {I am an Amazon affiliate which means if you purchase anything from my lists, I will get a tiny portion back. I only include things I personally have purchased and love!!!}

Supplies:
We cut chevron green fabric to size and secured it to the cap with hot glue. We folded the hems a little to avoid any strings coming from the fabric before the big day. To make the words she found some large print scrapbook stickers to spell "Jeremiah 29:11." The black made it so easy to read even from far away. For the final touch we added a cute black bow. This was also attached using hot glue.

Jeremiah 29:11 -  For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
She still has her cap today and has it displayed in a frame. It's holding up great!
What would you do for a graduation cap design?
