Super Simple Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Bites

So we had a contest at work yesterday to see who could make the best dessert… The managers competed against each other and the team voted on what they liked best. Spoiler Alert: I won!! Since there were so many people trying the food, the dessert needed to be bite size, grabbable, and room temperature. So this was my submission- Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Bites!

They are super simple to make, but a big hit! All you need is one bag of pretzels, one jar of peanut butter, and one package of CandiQuik. I think I spent less than $10 for all the ingredients.

First, take a small spoonful of peanut butter, put it on one pretzel

Then put another pretzel on top of the peanut butter. Squish it down. Run your finger along the edge of the pretzels to remove excess peanut butter.

Microwave your candyquik per the directions on the bag, and then dip the treat halfway into the chocolate.

Set on parchment paper and allow to dry. Just like that you have a tasty treat! I made about 100 of these and still had peanut butter, pretzels, and chocolate left over, but ran out of trays to put them on! So you can easily feed several people with a very simple snack!!

As you can see by the photos, my nephews enjoyed making them and eating them!
