Amazing- No Measure Buffalo Wing Dip!!
- A whole rotisserie chicken (or two cans of chicken breast meat)
- Two packages of cream cheese (Neufchâtel cheese is a low fat version of cream cheese)
- A whole bottle of Franks Red Hot Sauce
- A whole bottle of ranch dressing (chose low fat here too)
- 1-2 packages shredded cheese
First thing you need to do is melt the cream cheese and ranch together. I did this in a sauce pan over medium heat. Dump the whole bottle of ranch and both packets of cream cheese - no measuring!
While you are waiting for that to melt, put your chicken in your oven-safe serving dish. You can pull the meat off of a rotisserie chicken and shred it with a fork. I have found buying the canned chicken is way easier, and I cannot taste the difference. Either way, seperate your chicken with a fork - so it's small enough to be scooped up on a chip. Then pour the entire bottle of Franks Red Hot Sauce on top of the chicken, and mix them together. Gently pour the ranch/cream cheese mixture on top of the chicken/hot sauce mix. Then add an entire bag of shredded cheese on top. If you use a bigger pan, you may need to use a second bag of cheese to cover the entire top. Cook at 350 degrees in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese. Don't worry if you don't like spicy- I am not a huge fan of hot things... This is good! If you do want a hotter version, there are hotter versions of Franks Red Hot Sauce that you can use. And there you have it- a super simple dip, that tastes AMAZING! Perfect for parties, game day, or any other occasion where friends and family gather to eat! If you try it let me know how you like it!
